Next, you want someone else to do an objective analysis. This is very similar to how you would grade yourself on an objective test. Only instead of evaluating your skills and abilities, you’re asking someone else to judge you based on their observations. How you do this depends on whether you want someone else to make a decision about you, or if you feel comfortable making the determination yourself. In either case, you will want to be very honest with whoever you choose, because your answers could very well be used against you in a court of law.
