It is important that you understand that most health care institutions are highly competitive. They want only the best for their patients and they want to screen out undesirables. One way to achieve this goal is to make sure that all of their staff go through an established and rigorous hiring process. In addition to rigorous hiring practices, many health care groups will also require that potential hires submit to a licensing examination prior to being considered for employment.
In order to take my exam for me to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the United States, I must first complete the Registered Nurse (RN) training course offered by the State Board of Nursing. Most LPNs receive their RN licensure while still working to complete their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. Once my LPN certification is complete, I will not be able to apply for a job as an LPN in a health care facility. Instead I will be able to apply for jobs as an RN and CNA working under a nursing supervisor. This is the second way that I am able to take my National Board Certified (MBCA) examinations for me to qualify for employment with a health care facility.
Another way that I am able to take my National Board Certified (MBCA) examinations for me to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the United States is that I live in a metropolitan area that is considered to have a high population of health care facilities. Believe it or not, there are places in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States where there are more LPNs/RNs than nurses. If I want to work in a managed care organization, I will have to relocate to one of these places in order to apply for a job. Luckily, in my area there are several places in my area that are home to a variety of large hospitals, clinics, and other types of managed care health centers. This gives me the ability to take my National Board Certified (MBCA) examinations for me to become a licensed registered nurse in the State of New York.
Now, let’s talk about what I do to get my National Board Certified (MBCA) examinations for me to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in New York. The first thing that I do is take an online course at a website called Workman’s World. They are especially created for working professionals like myself who wants to make sure that they are doing everything that they need to do to help improve their careers. Once I enrolled in their online course I started studying by using the study guides and resources that they provided to me.
When I completed my online course I took a practice test to see if I understood everything that I was learning from the guides. After I passed the practice test, I started doing some additional research on the internet about managed care health centers. I was surprised to find out that there are actually several different types of these centers. There are the long term care facility, the community health clinic, the outpatient facility, and the hospital system.
One day while I was reading about the different types of managed care I came across information about the Industrial Organization of Health Care. I did not pay any attention to this information until I read an article about the medical assistants (MEDA’s) and their role within the health care industry. When I read that I really understood what the medical assistants were trying to achieve, which was to provide assistance to physicians and other staff in hospitals. I decided to take my exam for me to take my certification test at the site down the street.
Once I took my MCerts test I started to get a better understanding of how everything worked when I worked in a health care facility. Now that I know all of the information that I needed, it will be easier for me to take my future career path in a direction that suits me best. The knowledge that I have gained from my years of studying will benefit me for my future career and allow me to become a much better leader in my field. I am just glad that I took my time and did my research before taking the test. It will be a great advantage for me and my future.
