On the other hand, there is one disadvantage as well. This is that you won’t be able to study with friends and family members at the same time. Since we all have different schedules, this can be a problem. I know I cannot afford to be at home for two hours a day for four or five weeks straight. This is where buying study guides for the exams comes in handy. By buying study guides you will be saving yourself a lot of time by allowing you to study at your own convenience and pace.
The next disadvantage is that it will not allow me to choose the format that suits me best. I have taken many tests before and choosing the format that I feel the most comfortable with is key. For example, if I study best in an outline format then I am afraid to write in detail when I have to answer questions. I hate forgetting information and this is a common problem for me. However, if I was to choose a book format I could simply skip filler questions.
